Pricing

Revolutionary RMM pricing

Priced per managed endpoint. Native capabilities are not sold as separate modules. No per-technician seats.

We do not publish rates on this page. The demo call covers them, and a written quote states the rate, the counting rules and the terms for your environment.

The model

What you are billed on.

01 / ENDPOINTS

Managed endpoints

Each computer running the Revolutionary RMM agent counts as a managed endpoint. Add technicians without adding seats.

02 / NETWORK

Site relays for network monitoring

SNMP and syslog devices are polled through a site relay on a machine you already manage. Network monitoring is billed by relay, beyond an included allowance, not per network device.

03 / TERMS

Your written quote

The quote states the rate, how each device type is counted, any platform minimum, and whether terms are monthly or annual.

What is included

One platform. More of your stack.

Monitoring and alerts, patch management, remote control, identity security, Microsoft 365 posture, endpoint protection, service desk and client portal, documentation and assets, network monitoring, automation, mobile device management, and billing and reporting are part of the platform.

Setup and outside costs

Included does not mean zero setup.

NEEDS SETUP

Connections you make once

Microsoft 365 needs the customer's administrator to approve the Revolutionary RMM application for their tenant. Google Workspace needs a service account with domain-wide delegation. Android Enterprise needs your Google connection.

AI features, such as patch review and alert investigation, run on your workspace's own AI provider key.

MAY COST EXTRA

Paid to someone else

Usage on your AI provider key. Text messaging through the SMS provider you choose. Fees charged by your payment processor when customers pay invoices.

Richer Microsoft sign-in logs need Entra ID P1 licensing in the customer's tenant; without it, the platform falls back to the unified audit log.

A design-partner pilot runs twelve weeks from your start date, with a separately agreed scope and a no-fault, no-penalty exit. Partners who continue after the design partner period keep 50 percent off for life. A conversation creates no commitment. Read the design-partner terms →

Good to know

Questions buyers ask.

No. The model follows managed endpoints, not technician seats. Your quote confirms the current terms.

SNMP and syslog monitoring runs through site relays, and billing follows the relays beyond an included allowance rather than each switch, printer or firewall. Your quote states the allowance.

Approximate managed endpoint and customer counts, operating systems, network sites, required integrations, and the workflows you want to evaluate.

Assets and documentation can be exported today. Documentation exports leave secrets out; a personal vault export includes its passwords. There is no self-serve export of tickets or of a whole workspace yet, so ask us what leaving would involve for your data before you commit.

No. Design partners who continue with us after the design partner period keep 50 percent off for life. Everything else about a pilot, its scope, timing, support and exit terms, is agreed separately.

Not in the product today: a stable public API with full data export, and a written data governance statement covering how you get your data back if you leave.
