Integrations
Connect the tools you already run
Revolutionary RMM works alongside your identity, security, billing and messaging tools. Every connection listed here exists in the product today.
Each connection uses your own credentials, stored encrypted in your workspace. Where field use is still limited, we say so.
Identity, productivity and devices
Microsoft, Google and Apple.
MICROSOFT 365
Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune
Sign-in signals with block, revoke and sign-out responses. Secure Score, posture findings, license waste, connected apps and Intune device actions per customer. Microsoft 365 posture
GOOGLE WORKSPACE
Google Workspace
Sign-in signals with suspend and sign-out responses. Needs a service account with domain-wide delegation. Built and available, with limited field use so far. Identity security
APPLE
Apple push notifications
Enrollment profiles for iOS and iPadOS using your own Apple push certificate, with passcode, restriction and Wi-Fi profiles, lock and erase. Mobile device management
ANDROID
Android Enterprise
QR enrollment, policy push, lock, reboot and wipe, once your workspace connects its own Google service account and enterprise.
Endpoint security
Keep the security tools you trust.
The agent monitors and drives Microsoft Defender or the third-party engine that is actually running, including definition updates and threat state. Separately, Administration > Apps > EDR connects your EDR console with that vendor's own API credentials: the connection is tested before it saves, vendor sites map to your customers, and detections appear on the matching device.
DETECTIONS AND ISOLATION
Six vendors
SentinelOne, CrowdStrike Falcon, Sophos Central, Bitdefender GravityZone, ThreatDown (Malwarebytes) and Trend Micro Vision One. Detections sync to the device, and a device can be isolated from the network on request.
DETECTIONS
Three more vendors
Huntress, ESET and Webroot. Detections sync to the device; isolation is not offered through these connections.
Billing and payments
Get paid through the processor you use.
IN FIELD USE
Stripe
Invoices are pushed to Stripe over its API. Stripe is the processor in field use with our first design partner.
BUILT
Square, PayPal, Alternative Payments and QuickBooks Online
Built, with limited field use so far. Products import from Stripe, Square and QuickBooks.
Messaging, network and AI
Mail, texts, network gear and AI.
Your own mailbox
Alert and ticket mail goes out through your workspace's own Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace mailbox.
SMS
Twilio, Telnyx and voip.ms
Connect a texting number from one of these carriers so customers can text your service desk and the conversation lands with the right contact.
NETWORK
SNMP and syslog
Switches, printers and firewalls report through site relays. There is no management information base (MIB) file to import. Network monitoring
AI
Your model provider key
AI features send the context they work on to the model provider configured with your workspace's own key, and AI-assisted work is recorded in the audit trail.
API
Bearer-token API
Covers minting enrollment tokens and reading security posture. It does not cover the whole product yet. Automation
INSTALLERS
Group Policy, Intune and configuration manager
A silent EXE or MSI with a reusable enrollment token, so the agent rolls out through the deployment tool you already use.
Good to know
Questions buyers ask.
Not today. The next integrations are chosen from the tools our design partners actually run, so tell us what your stack depends on.
Yours. EDR vendors, Google, Apple push, payment processors, SMS carriers and the AI model provider each connect with credentials your workspace supplies, stored encrypted.
Not yet. The bearer-token API covers enrollment tokens and security posture only. Stable, documented APIs and events are in development.
No. The agent monitors the engine that is actually running, and the EDR connectors bring detections from your existing vendor console into the device view.
Not in the product today: a stable, documented API and events, with full data export.
Limits, checked daily
Not in the product today.
Each line below is a gap recorded against this capability in the product's own feature record. A line leaves this page by itself on the next daily run once that record says the gap is closed, so the list cannot fall behind what we ship. The rest of this page is written by hand.
- There is no connection that lets an outside AI assistant read your workspace under a scope you set, so AI work happens inside the product.
Bring your stack to the call.
Tell us which tools you rely on and we will show how each one connects, and say plainly where one does not yet.
